I was watching the ulitimate fighting championship and the announcer started saying "he's going for an armadillo! he's going for an armadillo!".

It sounded so silly, but I'm curious, what is it.

Professional Wrestling holds encyclopedia: http://encyclopedia.thefreedictionary.com/Professional%20wrestling%20holds

Unfortunately, they don't mention an armadillo, but keep in mind that "Ultimate Fighting" isn't supposed to be the same as Pro Wrestling. Do you see anything in the encyclopedia that's similar? Promoters change the names of moves all the time in order to capitalize on a wrestler's name recognition and overall popularity. The Oklahoma roll, for example, looks (to me, at any rate, from reading the description) like the Crippler Cross-face, Chris Benoit's signature move.
