Hi - My ex is selling our house which will trigger the Mesher Order (can stay in house until kids 18/remarried/sell/no longer residence). Currently I pay a portion of the mortgage and have majority of my equity tied up in it.
Will I have to pay 'rent' on behalf of my kids to her partner? He's buying a new house for them all to live in... How would that be calculated by the Courts?
