@CoastalRat,
Do you want a score on one of the Monday night games? Which one?
I think C.Rat forgot to mention final score for last game - or maybe they are at the same time (haven't checked). I think it has been, last game listed.
There is also the business of when choices have to be in - I think it was left that one could just do Thursday and the weekend games later, though before the start of the first one, but not sure.
@CoastalRat,
I'll add an international dimension and give this a shot.

Whoops! I forgot about the Canad-er(wo)man.
A European dimension then.
I'll post the rest of my choices by Wed night.
Here's the first NFL matchup:

Sorry guys, got busy this weekend and just saw the question about the tie-breaker score. Yes, as mentioned it is the 2nd listed game since there are two this first week of the season. And yes, you can pick the Thursday game and then come back and pick the rest, although I would prefer picking them all at once and then return if you have any changes, but either way is fine.
@CoastalRat,
OK..CR. Whatever works for you.
I might be revisiting my picks but in case things get busier than I plan, here's my preliminary shot at all of my picks:
