ME problem

I am having a flag drop down while on my computer. the flag says close. and there is nothing that i can do only close.

Another flag says, "explorer caused a general protection fault in module kernel 386 exe at 0001:000075a8

Also
mspub caused an invalid page fault in module kernel : 32dll at 0187:bff614 ac

can any one help me to get this fixed
