Windows XP free system cleanup software?

Does anyone know if there are any programs you can download for free that will clean out my system? I have a very good system, but for some reason its been acting up lately. I can barely move on the internet, and id like to clean it out but I cant pay for it to be done professionally, so are there any programs I can download? thanks. Laughing

Free disk cleaner
I have been using disk cleaner for a couple of years. It is better than Nortons disk cleaner. It clears all your temp files and internet files. You can get it FREE by going to google and in your search type disk cleaner. If you are looking for a great browser go to mozilla.org. firefox 9.0 it stops pop ups and it is quick.
