Have a Kensington USB Bluetooth adapter. Never used it much but connected with everything I needed... 5+ years ago. In my windows 7 notebook the bluetooth usb plug is recognized, the bluetooth icon appears in the tray and the add device, show devices, options appear. Have an AT&T mobile phone with bluetooth 3.0. Service enabled and set to seek other bluetooth devices. Several tries with no success. The Bluetooth adapter blue light does flash. Does it matter that this is a 64bit machine? There are drivers at the support site but, in a call to kensington support, they did not acknowlege their existence. I think they just want to sell another unit. How can I proceed with troubleshooting? Guidance sought
