I booked a 4 hour musical performance at a venue and need some kind of contract / agreement that states other the musicians that agreed to perform, will perform. If not, they must pay a fine to me. I am responsible for them keeping their word to perform during the 4 hour time slot.
I don't know what kind of paperwork I need them to sign. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Should have a lawyer for this sort of thing, not asking online for advice.
