A2k toolbar NOR google toolbar is blocking them.....I cant say what's going on, because there's no indication of anything....they're just not blocking...
Some popups these days get past any blocker that doesn't simply shut down all the functionality of opening windows altogether (not even for opening things on your computer).
Alternately, if you have scumware on your computer it will also get past those two blockers as those are designed to prevent online popups from opening while some scumware lauches popups locally.
