I had a quick look, and can see that you did not apply the mod correctly.

You should not deviate from it if you do not know what you are doing.

and it seems that only one of the topics is not working for post reply. the other topics are working fine..

I do not know which part, I do not have access to the code (nor do I want it as I can't take on more free projects).

I can, however, tell you that you have guest posting enabled, and that the mod isn't meant for that setup (even though it can work for it).

And no, it's more than one topic. But that is very odd that some work and some don't.
