It wouldn't surprise me to learn that email company employees are already getting their jollies reading our emails. In this day and age of terrorism, I guess we should all feel safer knowing that big brother is tracking our personal correspondents. Rolling Eyes Ashcroft and Co. must surely be licking their chops about this. Mad

It sounds to me like we need a new law. I don't like the idea that the snooping seems unregulated... but I don't think I'd like the stretching of the law without going through proper channels either. It's tough to fault a judge for following the letter of the law.
