Hi so i just got Xenoblade chronicles for my new 3ds XL, i tried opening it but it says "this is new nintendo 3DS software it cannot be used on this system ." I updated my 3ds software to the latest one hoping it would fix the problem but it doesn't work it also says that there is an update but when i go to the store and search the title it does Not come up .please i need a solution for this problem as i have spent $72 dollars on this game

Contact the place where you bought the game and complain. Ask for your money back if they don't give you satisfaction.
