A competent medical practitioner could insert an IUS (or IUD, which is a more accurate term) in a woman who is sexually a virgin, although it would entail cutting the hymen, if the hymen is intact. However, it is a poor choice for a method of contraception for anyone who is not in an established relationship in which she has frequent sexual intercourse. A condom would be a much better choice. Of course, if you plan to screw someone every night, maybe it would be a good choice.
This page from the UK's National Health Service (Clickity-click!) will provide you information on methods of contraception. Please note one thing that is emphasized on the introductory page--using a condom is the only method which will also protect you from sexually transmitted diseases.
