Right. Even in wacko Canada?
I thought Wacko was in Texas.
And Texas is in Canada. You know, you really are thick, for a clown.
Oh, and, for the sake of staying on topic, I am now Presbyterian.
Well, duh . . . that was fore-ordained, doggie . . .
... though I do miss doing the Vatican Rag...
Get in line in that processional
Step into that small confessional
There the man who's got religion'll
Tell you if your sin's original
If it is, try playin' it safer
Drink the wine and chew the wafter
Two, four, six, eight,
Time to transubstantiate . . .
It's just the pants that make me look thick.
Okay, everybody join in:
First you get down on your knees,
Fiddle with your rosaries,
Bow your head with great respect,
And genuflect, genuflect, genuflect!
Do whatever steps you want, if
You have cleared them with the Pontiff.
Everybody say his own
Kyrie eleison,
Doin' the Vatican Rag.
Get in line in that processional,
Step into that small confessional,
There, the guy who's got religion'll
Tell you if your sin's original.
If it is, try playin' it safer,
Drink the wine and chew the wafer,
Two, four, six, eight,
Time to transubstantiate!
So get down upon your knees,
Fiddle with your rosaries,
Bow your head with great respect,
And genuflect, genuflect, genuflect!
Make a cross on your abdomen,
When in Rome do like a Roman,
Ave Maria,
Gee it's good to see ya,
Gettin' ecstatic an'
Sorta dramatic an'
Doin' the Vatican Rag!
Now Paris is in Texas. This I know.
Dang, the doggie beat me to a verse there.
I'm always amazed at the number of people who are familiar with Tom Lehrer and/or Doulas Adams...

Did you report him?
Nah, we just beat the crap out of him and blamed it on anti-semites. I'm kidding....yes we did mention it.
I'm always amazed at the number of people who are familiar.

There was a television program in the early 1960's,
That Was the Week That Was, which was probably the inspiration for
Rowan & Martin's Laugh-in and all of the "topical humor" programs which followed. Tom Lehrer became a "star" performing on that program.
I thought Wacko was in Texas.
Texas, Canada, George W. Bush, Paul Martin.
It's all the same
Oh sorry, the first sentence is a quote made by cavfancier.
Yep, and it's Waco. I was funnin'.
Incidentally, Stephen Harper is closer to Bush than Paul Martin.

I knew. Damn... me. You do look like Michael Jackson though.
