Why Do The Keys "Home" and "End" Work Sporadically?

Reply Tue 7 Jan, 2003 09:40 am
I have noticed, with all three of the keyboards that I have had, that the "Home" and "End" keys do not seem to work all of the time. Sometimes I will have to use my mouse to go to the top or bottom of a page. Anybody know why this happens?

This is likely a silly point, but you click on the page you want to scroll first, right?

littlek- You don't have to click on the page to make this feature work,.......I think!

If you're in a frames page, sometimes the wrong frame will be active. If you just click the frame you want to scroll, then hit the key, they should go where you want them to.

Positive confirmation to the above, sometimes the frame or window focus will be off and you will need to click exactly what you want to scroll for it to work.
