"Borg" painting of maybe sunflowers, with acid wash

Hello,
I need help identifying this family painting for my parents. It looks to me like three sunflowers painted with some kind of acid. There is an artist's name in the lower left quadrant of the painting - it appears to say "Borg." There are lots of Borg artists out there but none seem to match this style. I'd appreciate any help.
