searchweb2 help

Im having a problem with my internet. When I open explorer, it always takes me to this site, searchweb2.com and a toolbar pops up. I have spybot and adware and did scans but when I restart the computer, the problem still persists. I read up about hyjackthis so I downloaded it but im not too sure on what to get rid of. If anyone could help I would really appriciate it. (I also posted on the "internet" forum because I'm not sure where my question should be posted....sorry about that)
