Hi Experts,
I have an excel like below,
Name Status Dates
Record 1 /Saved/Previous step/My Q/ Rework/ MY Q/ SAved/ Next step /01.03.2015/05.03.2015/07.03.2015/09.03.2015/11.03.2015/15.03.2015/25.03.2015
Record 2 /Previous step/My Q/SAved/ Next step /02.03.2015/05.03.2015/09.03.2015/22.03.2015
Record 3 /Previous step/My Q/ Rework/ MY Q/ SAved/ Next step /05.03.2015/08.03.2015/12.03.2015/19.03.2015/22.03.2015/25.03.2015
I want to know when the record has reached my q and when it has moved out of the q and How many days it took before moving out of the q in the fourth column. Sometime the record will have reworks, where the record come back to our Q and will be moved out after validation.

It is very, very difficult to visualize what you're looking for. What does it mean when "the record comes to my q"? Are you talking about the current date eventually equalling another, set date? Are you talking about a queue? Are you talking about changing a record?
The visual you provided is also exceptionally confusing. You will need to show just one or two columns at a time, with only one or two rows. Or, better yet, take a screenshot, post it to an image hosting site like Photobucket and follow the instructions on the image hosting site on how to post an image on a forum.
What you have posted is just a garble of numbers and it is difficult to ascertain what you are truly looking for.
