Identifying comic book/anime character ????

Ok so I saw this post on Instagram and Im itching to where's it from. Ok so it's basically a comic strip/book and there are two guys. One of them (i can't see his face) said "trust me." And the other one ( red eyes, black hair, black circle earrings and a red cloak over his head) said "trust you?" And at the bottom it said "until now, I've never trusted anyone...and I'll never still trust anyone" If anyone of you know where's it from, please answer. Thanks !!! )
