Help with kids animated movie title!

This is a kids animated movie, that I watched when I was about 3-4 years old. Which would've been around 2003, here we go!
There is this babymole lying in his bed and looking out the window, it's thunder and lightening outside and very dark, he is scared. His mummy comes up, and tells a goodnight story to him. I unfortunately can't remember more then that, but hope you can still throw in some titles for me, thanks!!
