Any one have ideas about energy healing or transmissions. Does it works effectively.

I know about meditation, yoga, reiki etc but no idea about energy transmissions.

I think I had an energetic transmission when I was sixteen, but cannot really remember much about it, apart from darkness, an owl hooting and Mandy Coolidge running away shouting EEWWWW!
