Retinal Eye Scan in 80s Movie

I am trying to remember the title of a movie from the 1980s. The scene I recall is a guy getting chased in some sort of lab or building where all the door entries are controlled by retinal eye scan or thermal palm scans. I remember he is being chased and in order to gain entry to get away he picks up the body of a dead guard and holds his hand and eye to the scanner in order to open the door. I know its not much to go on but am hoping someone will recall this movie. Anyone??

@movieman80s,
Off the top of my head, I know there's a movie like that. I think it was an Arnold Schwarzenegger movie. Perhaps that is correct?

"Characters in the films GoldenEye (1995), Mission: Impossible (1996), Barb Wire (1996), Entrapment (1999), Minority Report (2002) and Paycheck (2003) utilize or try to deceive retinal scanners."

@movieman80s,
I'm guessing but perhaps it's Minority Report?

One of the scenes in Minority Report: "Anderton goes to the black market and pays for a dangerous eye replacement surgery to avoid the city's optical recognition systems."

@Ragman,
Actually it sounds like any of the movies made from books or short stories by Phillip K. Dick!

He was one hell of a science fiction prognosticator.
