From the given text , I can see that the main claim is talking about the consumption of resource but then again i don't seem to be able to point out the key argument in the text that support this.

It appears the key argument is the example set by the stellar lifestyle of his subject Masonobu Fukuoka.

The last paragraph is the main claim in the article.

There is no key argument supporting the claim, only the experience of one person and even that is rather scarce in detail.
