Can't get to my homepage

I have tried everything in the last couple of weeks. I had a virus and updated and ran my PC-cillan. Also I downloaded Registry Mechanic and it found problems in the registry. Also downloaded and ran spybot and ad-aware and they both found tons of stuff. So I downloaded and ran HijackThis and I can post it's findings on here. My computer is running very slowly and I still can't get to the AT&T page. My PC-cillan comes up when I try to open IE and it seems to stall it so my page won't load. I can paste my log files from the Hijack this here but I'm at my wits end with this. Any help will be appreciated Thanks
