Above version listed in C:\Program Files. Registry shows current version as 6.0.2800.5512.
Program will not open two folders-Outbox and Sent Items, also Inbox/ Storage sub-folder. Outbox folder empty and other two only contain fairly small amounts of data.
Full AV and Malware check shows all-clear.
Any helpful suggestions greatly welcomed. I am not a technical expert.

I'm guessing Outlook Express (hard to believe anyone still uses it)

I'm sure it's long deprecated in Windows (I think Vista was the last OS it was bundled with). It always had a ton of security issues.

I remember Outlook Express. I even used it in the 1990's.
