I got stumpted with a "rebus" at another site, and surely someone here can solve it. BTW, sorry if this has already been posted.
__ J _ K __
10 _ Q _ A
(ignore the _'s; it's just to help html space the tex properly)
That is the visible bit. But I noticed half of the letters are the same font color as the backgroud, so it actually is:
10 J Q K A
10 J Q K A
The question asks for the one word (which has 9 letters) that is represented by the rebus. I don't know if it has something to do with half being invisible, or that was just to help the spacing....
Can you guys give me a clue?
Rich
10, J, Q, K, A
ten jack queen king ace is a straight ( at poker) which is only 8 letters but think along those lines I would suggest.
I'm not sure what you are saying, if there are two rows ie plural then
straights
High-jack-king => hijacking
whim
"High-jack-king => hijacking"
"Nice one whim"
This was just one of a series of competition questions. To seek clues is fun. However to seek answers is, "One church, two consume (3), no forsing" :wink:
urgh...
