This one I call Turkish Delight.

Once again, mushrooms and eggplant...but this one has no garlic and it includes potatoes, leeks, Jarlsberg cheese, and ground beef.

Yummy.

Meanwhile down in Texas they were serving up roast duck.

The duck turned out to be overrated, though it didn't go so far as to give offense.

The best roast duck I ever tasted was in a little out-of-the-way joint in Houston quite a number of years ago.

Hi everyone...thanks for coming.

Funny thing. Joe Nation and Tsarstepan are meeting Blatham tomorrow in New York. When I visited Bernie last time, when he was living here, I brought a roast duck for a special place just down the street from his apartment.
