When I try to formant my C: Drive, it tell me to close any utilties that I am using. I am not using any, and I really need to format one of my computers. The computer is a Windows XP runned thingy.
PLease help me!?

You can boot from CD, Delete the partition, Create a new partition, Format followed by Settings
( you will lose all your data) Laughing
