Thanks again for your comment and personal acknowledgement, Mark. Had no idea that Ray had done, I Wonder whose Kissing Her now. Fantastic.

It's Thoreau's birthday, and here is a strange musical adaptation of his Fishing:

I used to read Thoreau quite a bit. Neil Young is still a top favorite with me.

@edgarblythe,
I love Van the Man doing Big Blue Diamond, Mark.

Another one by that Irish performer. (incidentally, y'all, there really was a St. James Infirmary and the baby was one who was born and lived only thirty eight minutes then died. ) so sad.

Well, my daughter took me out to eat last evening at the Outback. I had such a good time and some guy walked by as I was sitting outside and said: Hi, young lady.Smile

So, Guess I had better say good afternoon now as I stayed up too late.

So happy that JLNobody is alright as I never see a painting or hear a violin that I don't think of him.

Another Van, now:

Where is everyone, edgar? Loved your comment on Van and also like Harry's Judy Drowned.

Ah, I miss our punch man. Hope he's not working too hard.
Also miss Josie and Bert. <sniff>

Here's one to match Harry's:

Hoorah, Welcome by Punch man. Love that one by that guy. Don't know him so once again, thanks for the introduction. How odd to blind someone with science.

Another good feeling today. Just heard from Bert Lee and he and his lovely wife are fine, just working hard like you Punch.

Doing, Cat reminded me of these cats:

We called mine Big Mamma and she played the piano with her paws on the black keys.

She never came back either.

@Letty,
You may have recognised it from Breaking Bad.

Some of his stuff was a bit more tranquil.

@izzythepush,
Wow! Breaking Bad was the story of a man with lung cancer and his son with cereble palsy, Punch man. (sorry for the spelling error)

Loved Thomas Dolby's screen kiss, however.

@izzythepush,
Thanks, Push man, I went searching and found this brief summary in English:

Caesar wills each citizen some money, and proclaims that his private, royal walks and gardens are now public domain.

"To every Roman citizen he gives,
To every several man, seventy-five drachmas...
Moreover, he hath left you all his walks,
His private arbours and new-planted orchards,
On this side Tiber; he hath left them you,
And to your heirs for ever, common pleasures,
To walk abroad, and recreate yourselves."

Another birthday man, y'all. Bob Crane, and here is a tribute to him:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tavOxT-SPb4

The sad part of his career lay in his assassination and to this day it has not been resolved:

Carpenter was found not guilty. He continued to maintain his innocence until his death in 1998. Crane's murder remains officially unsolved.
