Was Queen Mary I of England named after Henry VIII's sister Mary Tudor, Queen Consort of France and Duchess of Suffolk?

Not sure, but I was told that she may have been named after a cocktail made of vodka and tomato juice.
Worcestershire sauce optional.

That is the suppositious conclusion.
