Anyone know title of this foreign (European) comedy?

There's a European comedy I saw a couple years ago and can't remember the title. The plot involved a retired man and his wife and his friend, possibly Russian. He and his friend would pose as if they were wealthy and important men so they could tour or stay at opulent mansions as a trial in anticipation of buying them. They would be quite pretentious, driving by gorgeous estates with realtors and pronouncing "rubbish!". The man and his wife were not close and she harped on him through most of the movie, not knowing his exploits. His friend gets sick and the end of the movie shows he and his wife continuing these adventures. Does anyone know the title? Thanks!
