Unfortunately what you've got is a rather generic statement quoted. I'm with Lordy; try to search under other word combinations, anything that is fairly long and complex. Recognize that during the earlier part of that time period, Nevada might have been scanning in paper texts rather than creating everything initially digitally, so there may be documents online that are either not searchable or the optical character recognition was incorrect and so you get near-misses (e. g.
bum for
turn - don't laugh; I saw this in a scholarly paper a few weeks ago).
If you can get the name of any of the attorneys involved in the case, you can also try finding them and asking if they remember anything as a lot of lawyers appear in front of very high state courts but it's just a one-time thing. But if they don't recall fairly immediately, and they need to search, they might want to charge you for their time.
