How do i get rid of mysearchnow.com toolbar??

Download Spybot Search & Destroy and run it once a week.

Mysearchnow is a CoolWebSearch infection, download, update and run
CWShredder
Click Fix, don't just scan. Let it fix everything it asks about. Post another log when you've done that as there are a couple of other things to go. Follow the advice above about Spybot as well.
