David Larry Nelson has been given the right to appeal against being put to death by lethal injection because it would be cruel and unusal punishment because after years of drug abuse the veins in his arms are fragile and it would cause him undue pain and suffering.
This guy doesn't have an arse the needle can be stuck in?
Every time I firmly believe the British system is the most ridiculous ever devised by mankind along comes the USA to prove that they can always go one better.
well , as I understand, the Florida option B is he can be beaten to death with a piano leg.Seems quite classy

I've never heard of the piano leg option Farmerman but I truly hope for all decent americans there is such an option and that it is applied quickly (and humanely)
