(There's only such a thing as a dead heat if multiple players post at the same second, not the same minute, because there are sixty seconds in a minute, which leaves plenty of time to get pipped. If Person 1 posts at, say, exactly 2:37 PM and Person 2 posts at 2:37:01, Person 2 has gotten pipped.)
