Playstation 2 city building game?

Is there ANY game for the Playstation 2 that is similar to Civilization for the PSOne or the Ceasar series, SimCity, Pharoah games that are on the PC? I loved Ceasar III when I played it on my PC a while back and I havent been able to find a similar city-building strategy game on the PS2. Has Civilization made an updated version for the PS2 that I just havent found? Thanks for any suggesstions.
