I have been told that our power plant should tolerate the short circuit of our big motor, and this short circuit is drive from the following formula, please advise what would be the MVA rating in the formula: 3xFLA of motorx10000(voltage)x1.732/MVA

Such formula reads: 3*Full load amperes*V (10,000 V)*√3/MVA (Mega Volt Amps, the power of your power plant).

If the result is >1 then your power plant cannot stand the short circuit current.
