Hi,
I'm sure that all of you out there one way or another had experienced some sort of legal experience...whether it was a fight for the driving ticket or the more serious fighting for your rights scene.
I'm also sure that most of you fought for your rights by yourself...maybe because of financial reasons, or confidence in your abilities, whatever, you are one of millions in the world who acts in personal best interest as a PRO SE representative.
Share your experience and tell us about your dramatic experience of fighting for your rights in the legal world...anything small or anything big.
Tell us about your feelings...how much work did you have to do? Did you feel that you were in a disadvantage? Share what worked and what didn't.
No matter what, if you fought PRO SE, you rock!
I tried to take a ticket to court once, but it turned out I wasn't able to go to court without waiving other privilages, which to me is absolutely unconstitutional. I hate cops.
Years ago on a workmans compensation case:
The WC laws were intended, I believe, to avoid litigation. Had a go at it and found that the Administrative Law Judge bent over backwards to see that I wasn't taken advantage of. Recieved a nice award.

I took a ticket to Court once. Guess what? The cop didn't show up. He shot himself in the head, in his home bathroom, that morning.
