I have insurance through my husband's employer. When I become employed full time again, will I be REQUIRED to take insurance offered by my employer or can I stay on my husband's insurance so we can continue our care together at the same provider?

I think you should consult with personal injury lawyer.

@Jameswilson,
And what might a personal injury lawyer have to do with this situation?

@ladycthulhu,
Talk an expert what they can give to your situation because for me, still am going to have the insurance.

You should be eligible for your husband's insurance plan. When you are employer again.
I think Husband and wife both are eligible for same health insurance plan.
Be confirm first, Is your husband choose joint health insurance plan?
