You might need to be more specific to get an answer.

svcd problems
I split an anime movie into two parts, I checked it before burning, and it was fine.
after I put it on disk, I put it in my dvd player and the movie was visually of good quality. But the audio was dragging behind in each scene.
When someone would talk,,the next scene would come up ,,then I would hear them talk. How do I fix that

It can be caused by many many things, and each program you used on the way can have played a part.

It can be so simple as having your PC busy while it was encoding...

Have you tried doing it again? Have you tried different programs for it?

Getting it in sync after it's off might not be possible.

What program are you creating cartoon/video in before nero? Nero does author\edit and compile stuff? The the authoring programs I have make there own VCD or DVD or interface with MYDVD to create one or the other.
