Happy Birthday, Found Soul

It is one hell of a great looking cake, Ossobuco. I think butter is necessary...and at my age, I've decided that being too careful about what I eat makes a lot less sense than it usta.

It had butter, but also Crisco, and, in the icing, margarine. I'll noodle around for a better recipe, but not this morning.

Oh Happy Birthday Foundy, many happy returns. The shoes are from the Madonna collection. Can you believe those shoes???? They made me laugh, hope they made you laugh too.

One of these days I'll figure out how to post pictures, but I'm pretty sure I can't do it on the iPad. If I could I'd send you acres of butterfly's dancing on flowers.
