Earthing is , as simple as it is, extremely good for our health.

You don't need scienific reports or whatever, for free you can find out for yourself if it works or not.

Earthing is nothing more than having contact with....the Earth

So that electricity (electrons) can flow freely in and out of our body. and heal
the body.

It is very good for health, against stress etc.

Welcome to the World of Earthing

Throughout time, we humans have sat, stood, strolled, and slept on the ground – the skin of our bodies touching the skin of the Earth.

And throughout time, such ordinary contact served as a conduit for transferring the Earth’s natural, gentle negative charge underfoot into the body. You see, we are bioelectrical beings living on an electrical planet.

Modern lifestyle has disconnected us from this primordial charge.

Earthing is the landmark discovery that the disconnect may make us more vulnerable to stress and illness. Contact with the Earth appears to uphold the electrical stability of our bodies and serve as a foundation for vitality and health. In an age of rampant chronic inflammation and disease, “grounding” ourselves by reconnecting with the Earth beneath our very feet provides a way back to better health.

Reconnect to the Earth! Connect to the Earthing Institute and educate yourself.

As a researcher involved primarily with the physics of electricity and the body’s electrophysiology (how the body produces and utilizes electrical energy), I find it rather amazing that at this point in the human timeline we are just starting to scientifically explore the benefits to health that come from direct contact with the planet we live on. It is apparent that past cultures put great emphasis on connectedness with the Earth, a relationship still honored by many indigenous people today. To what extent this Earthly connection has been recognized as a healing factor among past cultures is not a subject that has been studied. Now, finally, science has arrived on the scene to explore the dynamics and benefits of this connection.

The studies I have been involved with have yielded an intriguing picture of what happens when we connect to the Earth. To me, it’s as if a switch is somehow turned on, and the body’s inner workings start functioning more vitally and robustly. These initial studies strongly suggest a powerful, positive, and rapid shift in the physiology that may one day give rise to whole new definitions of what is normal. We have so much more to learn.

If you can´t get into nature barefoot then you can use these products for inside.

When Moses approached the Burning Bush, God told him to take off his shoes, so maybe there's a 'power' in the planet that Moses could connect to with bare feet.

Likewise, when a mob asked Jesus's permission to kill an adulteress, he never answered them at first, but seemed to just trail his finger in the dust, so maybe he was "connecting" with the power of mother Earth for instructions, and then sent them packing.

Another time, he restored a blind mans sight by spitting in the dust and smearing the mud on his eyes, so there again is that link with the power in the earth..

Blood Thinning with Earthing

My girlfriend in Melbourne and my father in law have both started earthing at night. Both of them told me after a day or two that they were burning hot at night. My father in law even pulled out the plug thinking it would cool him down (like an electric blanket).

However, I feel the answer lies with the blood which has become thinner. As we age, our blood cells become sticky and clump together rather than circulating separately. Contact with the Earth appears to create warmth in the extremities and body as a result of better circulation and relaxation. There is a study where blood was taken from several people by a Cardiologist who was studying the effects of earthing on the heart. After only 40 minutes of earthing, the "ketchup" sticky blood in almost all subjects was changed to almost a "red wine" consistency. Photos were taken of the results which I now show.

Earthing (Grounding) the Human Body Reduces Blood
Viscosity—a Major Factor in Cardiovascular Disease

Gae´ tan Chevalier, PhD,1 Stephen T. Sinatra, MD, FACC, FACN,2
James L. Oschman, PhD,3 and Richard M. Delany, MD, FACC

Abstract
Objectives: Emerging research is revealing that direct physical contact of the human body with the surface of the earth (grounding or earthing) has intriguing effects on human physiology and health, including beneficial effects on various cardiovascular risk factors. This study examined effects of 2 hours of grounding on the electrical charge (zeta potential) on red blood cells (RBCs) and the effects on the extent of RBC clumping.
Design/interventions: Subjects were grounded with conductive patches on the soles of their feet and palms of their hands. Wires connected the patches to a stainless-steel rod inserted in the earth outdoors. Small fingertip
pinprick blood samples were placed on microscope slides and an electric field was applied to them. Electrophoretic mobility of the RBCs was determined by measuring terminal velocities of the cells in video recordings taken through a microscope. RBC aggregation was measured by counting the numbers of clustered cells in each
sample.
Settings/location: Each subject sat in a comfortable reclining chair in a soundproof experiment room with the
lights dimmed or off.
Subjects: Ten (10) healthy adult subjects were recruited by word-of-mouth.
Results: Earthing or grounding increased zeta potentials in all samples by an average of 2.70 and significantly
reduced RBC aggregation.

Conclusions: Grounding increases the surface charge on RBCs and thereby reduces blood viscosity and clumping. Grounding appears to be one of the simplest and yet most profound interventions for helping reduce
cardiovascular risk and cardiovascular events.

‘‘Erythrocytes have a strong net negative charge called the zeta potential produced by the scialoglycoprotein coat such that
approximately 18nm is the shortest span between two cells.’’

"I hate space" says Sandra Bullock in the film 'Gravity' after the Shuttle is shot out from under her by fast-moving orbiting debris, leaving her floating helplessly in space, but it has a happy ending when she swims to shore after she splashes down, mumbles a "thank you" to God, and lovingly digs her fingers into dear old Mother Earth..

The Amazing Health Benefits of Grounding/Earthing

The most immediately noticeable effect people report from being grounded is that they ‘feel better’. This has been described as a feeling of greater peace within themselves, feeling calmer with reduced stress levels. If there is pain present then often this is reduced or disappears completely.

With regular grounding, numerous health benefits have been observed, such as:

Improved immune function
Improved digestion
Improved sleep
Rapid healing of injuries
Improved blood circulation
Accelerated recovery from intense athletic activity
Reduction of inflammation
Reduced stress / anxiety / irritability
Dramatically reduces inflammation.
Reduces or eliminates chronic pain.
Increases energy.
Improves blood pressure and flow.
Relieves muscle tension and headaches.
Dramatically speeds healing and prevents sores.
Reduces or eliminates jet lag.
Protects the body against harmful
electromagnetic fields (EMFs)

Please note that none of the information here constitutes medical advice in any way.

In the coming days, I will be posting up greater information about some of these positive effects, as well as some testimonys from some of my friends who have begun earthing.
