Anyone familiar with Delroy Lindo? In Malcolm X, he played West Indian Archie and wore tuxedoes much of the time. He played Spike Lee's father in one of his movies and was jazzy, funky, in kufi hats, an earring, cargo pants and sandals. As Satchel Paige, (my personal favorite) set in the 30's and 40's, he wore gorgeous double breasted pinstriped suits, cashmere coats, Dobbs hats and Stacy Adams shoes. What a man, what a man. In Get Shorty, as Bo, he wore silk suits and lounging attire and glided in and out as if floating on air.
I've got a big crush for him.
