Fuel policy would be that policy dealing directly with fuel and its being in the fuel tank.Its all delineated explicitly in your rental agreement. For more information, call your rental company or refer to their web site.

Fill the tank before returning the car. Otherwise, they will fill it for you and you won't like the price. This is a fairly uniform policy. Read the agreement.
