I'm going on vacation last week. Seriously, Anthony Leggett says we can't manipulate the flow of time. In his lecture "Why Can't Time Run Backwards?," in Hyderabad, Leggett made the following assertion: "Reversing the time or speeding it up is not possible... The universe is hot and compact, so it is slowly in the process of cooling down. Time, therefore, is unidirectional."

Well it might have done in the Bible:-
God said- "Behold, I will bring again the shadow of the degrees, which is gone down in the sun dial of Ahaz, ten degrees backward.
So the sun returned ten degrees, by which degrees it was gone down" (Isaiah 38:8 )
