Name of the movie where girl loses her mother and moves to live with her father is remarried and lives with wife and 3 kids. Wife and kids can not accept new family member and do not like her. One day wife injures her leg very badly and stepdaughter is helping her to get to hospital. And there was also some kind of house fire and girl saves her youngest half sister.

Unfortunately I don't know actors, movie is not very old, I would say it it was released after 2000 but I am really not sure. I think the genre is drama. I remember that stepmother had short hair and she was working at home, some kind of farm they had and a truck. Girl had 3 younger half sisters.

I just skimmed the movie to check it, but from what I saw it has to be "The Echo of Thunder"; the movie has everything that @gaaga87 described. Although, it looks like the step-mother chopped her leg with a hatchet as opposed to breaking it, but the details are close enough.
