So I lost my phone and a bunch of my friends r trying to follow me on ig. I can accept them all if I turn it on public then back to private or just accept followers if that's possible. So is there anyway with Instagram.com or anyother websites I can do that?

Huh - the method shouldn't matter. Let's just start with that. Using a phone, a tablet, a desktop - those shouldn't affect how instagram is shown or your settings/preferences on it.
You might be able to manage it better through HootSuite (but this might be an add-on that isn't free). Have you tried
