How do I rid my system of Thebestse.com

I've been going crazy with Thebest.se.com which has taken over my home page on startup. After I change it in IE Tools my regular homepage remains until I once again have to reboot. I am running Windows XP and just ran HIJACKTHIS. Following "instructions" (and I'm a novice at this), following is the log I obtained from my scan. Can someone tell me what I can safely delete to rid myself of Thebest.se.com without destroying my system?
