C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\DRIVERS\W32X86\3\E_S4I2C1.EXE
C:\Program Files\BigFix\BigFix.exe
C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\AOL\ACS\acsd.exe

I don't recognize the above, they may/may not be bad.

Get rid of these, some are bad some just are in the way and you can change the settings back later.

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {9C691A33-7DDA-4C2F-BE4C-C176083F35CF} - (no file)

This is what is causing your error.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [PPHIDPAD] C:\WINPENJR\Win32\pphidpad.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [RunDLL] rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\System32\bridge.dll",Load

These look bad

O4 - Global Startup: BigFix.lnk = C:\Program Files\BigFix\BigFix.exe

I don't recognize (and didn't research).

O12 - Plugin for .avi: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\PLUGINS\npqtplugin.dll

O12 - Plugin for ¸æÀ: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\PLUGINS\npqtplugin2.dll
O14 - IERESET.INF: START_PAGE_URL=http://www.emachines.com

These look like they could be bad.
