Modem Driver

Ok, I did a very stupid thing. I upgraded to Win XP Pro on my other computer, and in the course of installation I formatted C: drive, and now I have no modem driver. I use dial up, so I can't go online on that other computer. I'm a novice in these matters, and have no idea how I should go about searching and installing a driver. All I know is that it's supposed to be a V.90 driver, whatever that means. If anyone knows about drivers and can offer tips on how to search and install one, I would be eternally grateful.
