TRYNA FIND A MOVIE I WATCHED AS A YOUNG CHILD

I am looking for a movie that was published in late 80s early 90s about a Family Man and his family allow his Dad to come and stay with them. The stay is a total disaster and he ends up falling off a balcony and having several other accidents being a caregiver to his Dad. His Dad was given a happy meal certificate and begged to go to Mcdonalds constantly. By the end of the movie he gets to go to Mcdonalds and is pleased with the happy meal. Very funny movie and I would love to watch again but I totally cannot think of what its called
